Q - Where are you and where do you ship to?
• A - We are located in England and deliver orders worldwide.

Q - Do you print orders in-house?
• A - Yes we are proud to be one of the few that complete all design and print work ourselves. Unlike others that simply act as middle-men for large print houses, we personally process each order in-house and print your items to order with our skill, care and passion.

• Q - Which print method is used?
• A - We print using high quality textile flex vinyl which is mechanically plotted from our specifically designed vector graphics, extracted and positioned by hand, then thermally sealed directly onto the fabric using an industrial heat press.

Q - Do your print designs fade in the wash?
• A - No. Our vinyl print method provides a strong vibrant design which doesn't fade. This is a problem associated with other print methods such as direct to garment digital printing or screen printing.

Q - How do I wash printed clothing from you?
• A - In addition to the garment care instructions, please also heed the following (if applicable):
- Wash inside out up to 50° C,
- Tumble dry inside out on a low heat,
- Iron inside out.

• Q - I want a symbol printed that you don't currently offer, can you print this for me?
• A - Yes, we can print custom designs. Please contact us to discuss further.

Q - I live outside of the UK, can I still order?
• A - Absolutely! Most of our customers are located outside of the UK.

Q - What are the prices in my currency?
• A - Please use the Live Currency Converter which is hyperlinked on every product page.

• Q - How do I order, checkout and pay?
• A - Once you've added the items to the shopping cart, view the cart, choose your location then click the "Recalculate" button to see your delivery cost, then choose either to checkout using PayPal or Google Checkout.

• Q - Which payment methods are accepted?
• A - Payments are handled via PayPal or Google Checkout depending on your preference. You can pay using your account with these services or by using your debit/credit card or other supported methods in your country. See PayPal or Google Checkout for more information.

• Q - How much do you charge for shipping?
• A - Shipping is calculated on the shopping cart page and is based upon what is ordered and where you are located. Once you've added the items to the shopping cart, view the cart, choose your location from the drop-down menu then click the "Recalculate" button to see your delivery cost.

• Q - When will I receive my order?
• A - We aim to dispatch orders in 5-10 working days from date of payment, so delivery is around 6-11 working days for Europe and 10-15 working days for the rest of the world.

• Q - What is your returns policy?
• A - Printed Items: As these are custom printed to your unique requirements, returns can only be accepted in the unlikely event that we make an error with your order. Please check the item sizing guideline charts provided to ensure that you are ordering the correct size.

New Rock Items: Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to request a return. If acceptable reasons are given and the boots are in perfect, unworn condition we will arrange the exchange. An agreed return/exchange fee must be paid in full before your boots are collected/exchanged. This is arranged through us direct with the New Rock factory in Spain.
